Afternoon: Market exploration – Visit Baščaršija’s artisan food stalls, sampling local cheeses, ajvar (pepper spread), honey, and cured meats. Lunch at a traditional Bosnian tavern, featuring ćevapi (grilled sausages) served with fresh somun bread.
Evening: Welcome dinner with a local family, featuring Begova Čorba (Bey’s soup), stuffed peppers, and flaky pita, followed by homemade dessert and rakija (fruit brandy).
