Welcome to Sarajevo! Upon your arrival at the airport, meet your driver and transfer to your hotel for a relaxing check-in. After a short rest, your evening will be a delightful experience at Hedona Boutique Winery in Sarajevo. Enjoy a 5-course food and wine dinner, including a tour of the cellars. Hedona Boutique Winery, unique space to showcase his wines, perfectly paired with innovative classic Bosnian dishes. Take a tour around the vineyard, home to 3,500 vine plants, predominantly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and its meticulously crafted wines using traditional methods. Return to Sarajevo for an overnight stay at Courtyard by Marriott conveniently located in the heart of Sarajevo.

Kickstart your day with a private half-day tour of Sarajevo, a city where Western and Eastern cultures beautifully intertwine. Begin your exploration in Baščaršija, the heart of Sarajevo, where Ottoman-style buildings and bustling market stalls create a vibrant atmosphere. Don’t miss the iconic Sebilj Fountain and the magnificent Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque, a 16th-century architectural gem. Visit the Sacred Heart Cathedral, showcasing stunning neo-Gothic architecture, and the historic Latin Bridge, the site of Archduke Franz Ferdinand’s assassination, which sparked World War I. Stroll through the lively markets of Baščaršija and Kazandžiluk Street, where you can savor local meats, cheeses, and traditional Bosnian dishes like cevapi, burek, sirnica, and baklava. Witness skilled artisans crafting beautiful copper dishes and enjoy the rich flavors of Bosnian coffee, a cultural staple. Afternoon Delight near Mostar After your city tour, head to the Mostar Hotel followed by a visit to Brkić Wine Cellar in Čitluk near Mostar for a delightful wine-tasting experience. Bosnia and Herzegovina’s viniculture is a deeply rooted tradition, with a focus on high-quality, autochthonous varietals like Žilavka (white) and Blatina (red). With the redevelopment of vineyards after 1995, plantations were established which expanded the cultivation of international varietals including Syrah, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat Ottonel, Pinot Grigio, and Graševina. You’ll have the opportunity to taste 4 to 5 wines, accompanied by local food while learning about the history, climate, grape varieties, and winemaking technologies from our expert winemaker. Overnight stay in Mostar at Hotel Mepas.

Start your journey by visiting the Radimlja necropolis near Stolac. This site is one of the most significant medieval monuments in Bosnia and Herzegovina, featuring stećci (medieval tombstones). The necropolis is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and offers a fascinating glimpse into the region’s history and culture. En Route to Kotor After exploring the necropolis, continue your journey towards Kotor. The drive will take you through some beautiful landscapes, so be sure to enjoy the scenic views along the way. Kotor City Tour & Wine Tasting/Dinner Once you arrive in Kotor, you can embark on a UNESCO-listed Kotor old town city tour to explore its rich history and stunning architecture. Followed by a city tour is a visit to a delicious dinner and wine tasting in the village near Herceg Novi. Overnight stay in Herceg Novi at Lazure Hotel & Marina.

Podgorica
In the morning on the way to Podgorica we will make stops in the Virpazar area and visit Vinarija Masanovic and Vinarija Kopitovic. Vinarija Mašanović The winery in Montenegro's famous wine and viticulture region, located in Crmnica, produces premium red wines using modern French technology. The vineyard is located at King Nikola's former summer residence, and the wines are aged in high-quality French oak barrels. Vinarija Kopitovic Kopitovic family settled in the village of Donji Brceli in Crmnica in the 15th century. Vineyards are situated at an ideal altitude above sea level and exposed to the sun during many days of the year. Old cellar is part of our winery and is over 300 years old and they have a long history of grape wines cultivations especially types like Vranac and Kratosija.
