You can pay for your order online with Maestro, MasterCard, Visa Electron, or VISA issued by domestic or foreign banks that support online payment. Check with the bank that issued the card whether your card supports payment via the Internet.
During the ordering and purchasing process, our system requires the entry of personal data on two occasions: information about the customer (name, surname, address, phone, and email) and information about the person making the payment (name, surname, credit or debit card number, expiration date of the credit card, CCV or CVC2 code). Credit card information is entered exclusively on the secure page of Raiffeisen Bank Bosnia (SSL), and we do not have any access to it, nor do we store it anywhere. The customer’s personal data is kept exclusively for the purpose of tracking orders and will never be used for any other purpose. This data is available only to authorized personnel and will never be made available to third parties (except in the case of legal obligation when requested by competent services through prescribed procedures).
